Specialist Facades Contractor - Team Administrator

To support the professional construction team in administration and secretarial duties. This will include

communications, document control, organising training courses, maintaining records. General administration duties such as filing and retrieval of documents and distribution to the Inasus team and the main contractor as required and assist the specialist facades installation team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in promoting a positive Health and Safety culture on the project
  • Attend training courses as arranged
  • Always represent Inasus in a professional manner
  • Organise and maintain the electronic filing system
  • Develop tracking schedules to assist in the project’s management and controls
  • Manage and coordinate the authorisation of timesheets and invoices
  • Keep records and coordinate the team’s holiday bookings and absence reports
  • Maintain site records in an organised format
  • Direct all incoming and outgoing communications
  • Organise and distribute information as required
  • Maintain the level of office consumables
  • Organise/coordinate meetings and meeting rooms
  • Assist in the planning of project events and presentations
  • Assist in the tracking of quality assurance documentation
